Harry's own award. One to five stars, handed out on the Harry Hungry Score alone — price-blind, and nothing to do with Michelin, Yelp, or any other outfit's badge. A place earns it by being good, and keeps it only while it stays good.

Not a complete map of the world's best — it's only as complete as what Harry has indexed. The list covers the cities and cuisines in his database so far, so expect gaps. It grows as coverage does.
