What consensus actually means here.

Consensus	Simple average of Google, Yelp, and Tripadvisor scores, each converted to the 0–100 scale. A place that scores 90+ across all three is genuinely, durably good. One that scores 90 on Google and 60 on Yelp has a story to tell.
Accolades	Sourced from Harry's editorial enrichment pass — Michelin Guide inspection reports, JBF nomination archives, the World's 50 Best annual list, NYT's restaurant critics, and Eater's city editors. These are cross-matched against the restaurants table, not self-reported.
What's missing	Harry's database isn't complete. Award-winning restaurants outside the eight core cities are under-represented. A missing restaurant is a gap in coverage, not a judgment.
