Airport Boulevard has run a straight fish market off that fact since 1938, no theatrics required. South Congress prefers seafood as scenery now, string lights and a raw bar; that's a different business, and it doesn't get graded on the counter's curve. Ask where the fish flew from before you order the ceviche.
