Two Michelin stars and a World's 50 Best nod are as strong an editorial stack as this site tracks, and for once the review sources aren't shrugging at it — Google, Yelp, and Tripadvisor all land within a couple tenths of each other in the 4.5-4.7 range, which is unusual agreement for a $$$$ tasting-menu room. The catch is volume relative to reputation: a 12-seat kitchen with two stars would normally generate a wall of coverage, and instead you get a few hundred reviews per platform — read as a function of scarcity, not indifference.
