Best Tacos in Sydney.
Harry's top 10 tacos spots in Sydney score 75–91 on the Harry Score.
The tortilla is the floor and the filling is the argument. Harry wants masa pressed that day, meat with actual char, and salsa that was somebody's morning job. A great taco needs neither a plate nor an explanation — and no amount of crema fixes a filling that arrived in a bag.
