San Francisco brunch splits into two cities. One is the mimosa-and-clipboard scene along Fillmore and in the Mission, where the line outside a brick-walled café is treated as proof of quality. The other is dim sum in the Richmond District, where Sunday morning means a cart, a lazy Susan, and no reservation app pretending to manage you.
